Kidney stone…
That’s what woke me up at 4:30am and forced Mrs Hiro to bundle Nugget and I into the car & drive to the Emergency Department.
The pain was excruciating - embarrassingly, the X-rays & CT scans, show that the stone is only 2mm wide.
