PSA for vendors in case you missed it: the good old days of free refunds with @PaddleHQ are coming to an end. ⚠️ From Oct 1st when you refund a customer the Paddle fee will not be refunded to you as a vendor. While this is a bummer and something we always liked about Paddle,

Can't be stated enough ... if you just look at the bare numbers other payment providers will win (although wait until you see the buffet of services you're charged extra for). We stick with @PAddleHQ because as founders we don't want more headache that you already have.
@DecolonialMinds @PaddleHQ Paddle also handles all my sales tax, they capture credit cards when payments fail. As they're MoR, I get a total 12 reverse invoices from them a year instead of 12 invoices per customer, which would be thousands. My bookkeeping is an absolute breeze because of this, and I get so

Great tool for Paddle Classic user by Benny. Paddle Billing sends PDF invoices automatically, but we know the Classic crew will appreciate this!
For some strange reason @PaddleHQ doesn’t have a "Download PDF Invoice" button. Super annoying… So I built a simple tool to fix that! Just paste your Paddle invoice URL and you can download it as a PDF. Maybe someone needs this as well :D https://t.co/z6GnEbyDi1

Officially switched over to @PaddleHQ for payments. And just got my first new subscription through them! 🙏 Honestly, the relief of not having to personally wrestle with radar rules, manage disputes, and all that admin is huge. So much less of a headache. #IndieDev #SaaS
