I was having a good time playing Marathon, and then I unlocked Outpost... Holy shit man that map is phenomenal. The increased PvP, environmental hazards, puzzles, and moment to moment tension when all that comes together...

I apologize for the harsh words, but this is just a tech test w/ world-class marketing & PR. Creating a second remake that lacks a dedicated MP mode is a bigger dissonance for the series than sprint ever was. Either priorities are misaligned or this exists to appease corporate.
