So nasty, but it’s restored. Shell spent 2 hours in soapy water before buttons moved, and PCB contact pads suffered permanent damage from sweat leaking in. Did Hours of ISO scrubs/soaks and even boiled the silicone pads to firm them up a bit. Works great now😮

Finished processing (cleaning) all the consoles I ordered last week. The Genesis games and controllers were included in the lots. Two of the Genesis 3’s were VA1s, and I have a Saroo coming in for the Saturn

That came out real nice! Cigar funk is at about 5% of what was, and it’s squeaky clean now, not sticky tarballz. The color is even noticeably better! Other than the stench, this thing is MINT 🥳

Picked up a Miyoo Mini Plus and I’m pretty impressed with it. Last time I tried a Linux handheld was ages ago, and SNES support was really sad. Seems to work great now! Very curious how PS1 fares on this. And if you’re not already aware: Cats love Chrono Trigger!
