Omg omg, this episode's kaijin, Red Bat, is played by Rena Ichinose, who often played secondary characters in pinky violence/70s delinquent films, such as the Girl Boss series (alongside Hiroshi Miyauchi), Terrifying Girls' High School series and Sex & Fury. Her only Toku role!

Não curto assistir as coisas pelo celular, mas é o que tem pra hoje. Para matar o tédio, comecei a assistir "Condorman" (1975). Primeiro ep bem legal. Sempre é bom conhecer uma "nova" série Showa.

But then I'd rather they did that than put their stunt actors at risk, which was very commonplace back in the 70s. In the very episode before this dummy shot I spotted quite probably the hardest stunt fall I've ever seen an actor take, this genuinely looks painful. Made me wince.

Just because I love you all so much, I'll give you a preview of another one of these that'll be coming in the second batch. The Isshin doll they use for these falls doesn't even ragdoll, he just 🧍‍♂️ all the way down.
