Hello! It's been a while. The 2,999 blanket is in tour of England 🙂. We will be extending the blanket to 4,191 to represent the daily equivalent number of reported suspensions and permanent exclusions 2022/23 (DfE). Who fancies crocheting a square? Let's keep talking ❣️.

Suspensions and permanent exclusions are both.types of exclusion, and where this guidance uses the word 'exclusion' this includes.both suspensions (fixed-period exclusions) and permanent exclusions (DfE, 2023). For anyone who is unclear on the 'types of exclusion'. Best wishes ☀️.

This is the first time since October I haven't had to get up and crochet 💓. Incredible efforts from the pullupachair team to raise the visibility of exclusion from school.
