Yesterday at Westminster Magistrates Court, this driver was successfully prosecuted under Section 170 of the Equality Act (2010) for failing to carry a passenger as a direct result of me being accompanied by my assistance dog.

When the drivers are not being discriminatory Uber works well for me and never had any other kind of problem with them. I don't feel I should be forced to go to a different company, surely that is just as bad as the discrimination itself?
