Mental health is so important. Please check on your friends and family. Sometimes they don’t want to talk about it and that’s okay. Sometimes just knowing that someone is there to ask if they’re okay is enough.

I think the saddest part was how close I was to giving up. I truly didn’t see an out. But the best part was, I was surrounded by friends and family 24/7. They helped me dig out of my grave, helped me see the light at the end of the tunnel.
