People have no idea how much time and effort all of us as coaches put into this. I literally just got home from 10 hr driving 10hrs in a 24 hr span so my guys could play a DH in Dayton OH. Left my home at 430pm yesterday got home at midnight today....
Tennessee Baseball coach Tony Vitello did not hold back last week when he was asked about the proposal to allow college baseball and softball programs the option to pay a third assistant coach. The NCAA voted against it today.

Last year the AD came in our dugout and told my players not to cheer for their teammates . We almost ended up losing that day. I told our kids to turn up once we started to lose. Nobody stops the show.
