Immensely pleased to finally see this out there! On top of new lacto-N-biosidases, we have discovered a group of enzymes with a new, dual lacto-N-biosidase and N-acetyllactosaminidase activity in GH20. Thanks to all involved! 🍾 @DTUbioengineer @Innofond .
