@BioProfBarker @CellCellPress That would likely be much tastier. (Why “likely”? Maybe pontine is delicious too!) That makes me wonder why poutine isn’t more common in the US. It’s not like we’re afraid of salt-coated fat-fried food drizzled with more fat. (Ok, now I’m hungry.)
