An important hearing was held in PHC today,the High Court ordered the PMC/ETEA authorities to remove all out-of-syllabus MCQs and give grace marks to the students.Counting of elective marks, Court also issued notices to PMC and KMU.Further hearing adjourned till Dec 1,2022.

An important hearing regarding PMC/UHS MDCAT was held in LHC today, in which the judge issued a notice to the UHS and said that the problems of the students should be resolved and the UHS authorities should submit their response to the court soon.

We tried hard to postpone the MDCAT for two weeks more,but the only response from them,that the admitting universities have completed all arrangements for the entrance test. Despite all these arrangements, postponement is inappropriate.

MDCAT was set by PMC.MCQs pool of PMC was used, provincial universities were only asked to conduct the paper.Even the checking of MDCAT is being done in Islamabad.Provincial universities can only send student complaints to PMC and not take any action itself.
