Someone explain to me how this is any different from LIV, other than the fact these guys won’t get banned from the PGA tour and lose Ryder Cup spots.

Other than the early 2000s Tiger Era, when has there been more discussion and attention around golf? Iv never had so many non golfers want to talk to me about the game until LIV.
The simple reason why LIV is bad for golf is it’s divisive. Never have we been asked to choose a golf tour over another golf tour. In this case we do. As a result in My opinion it’s bad for golf. If you think divisiveness is good for golf, that’s Your opinion.
