If you follow me on here it should come as no surprise how big of a @Bhickmanbasebal fan I am. He checks important boxes. Athlete, strike thrower and has got some outlier traits. FB is unique and he’s living low 90s with it now. Also throwing the SW harder as well. Trending 📈.

@JoeDoyleMiLB Indeed Joe, that arm angle and the run on his ball is very difficult to pick up. Had him up to 93. Great kid with high ceiling

@JoeDoyleMiLB .Not sure I’ve seen a better competitor is some time. Kid has elite mound presence, competes like he’s 6’6” and throwing 99 mph and live to get swing and misses. Special kid for sure

Hard to say where RHP Benton Hickman (Litchfield Park, Az.) fits in this draft yet, but he's one of the more unique prep arms in recent years. Ran a 32% whiff rate on the FB across four events despite mostly living 87-90. Ultra-low slot + holds some carry. Bit of a unicorn.
