Got to celebrate a great win for SA renters today!!! Ending no cause evictions. Making it easier to rent with pets. More rights for SA renters. Sadly, the celebrations were cut short because I had to go home to clean for my rental inspection tomorrow 🙃 Ebbs and flows.
Big News for South Australian Renters! Today, a bundle of rental reforms passed through the SA upper house 🏛️: 🚫 No more no-cause evictions! 🐾 Pet-friendly rentals without unreasonable denial! 📆 60-day notice for lease endings! 🌟 Among a slew of other reforms.
