What Dineo Ranaka said is no different from what Gwede Mantashe said. They both had brain farts.

Quinton de Kock says he actually forgot his bats at home, and had to use one of Dewald Brevis'. Brevis told him "yeah that's a good one for you because it's a left-handed bat" π€£π€£π€£. He went on to score 115 from 49 balls. Perhaps young Brevis was telling truth after all.π

Must confess that I didn't rate @Zenande_Mcfen before Inimba. But we must give flowers where they're due. I've been converted. She's served a huge slice of humble pie.

Manqoba Mngqithi incensed with that off-side goal in the post-match interview. Must say he's right. We simply cannot carry on without VAR. The world is leaving us behind.

Manchester City completely outplayed by Manchester United. This is the derby we all know and grew up with!π #GGMU

If the ref deemed it a foul and blew for free-kick outside the box, then the rules of a foul do not change just because we have now discovered that the incident took place inside the box. 3/3

...when you're instead supposed to only check the location of the transgression, then you're sure to end up with a situation like last night in the SA vs Egypt game. 2/3

Here's a suggestion for VAR @CAF_Online @FIFAcom @TheIFAB: We need to ascertain exactly what is being investigated by the VAR. Checking the wrong thing will inadvertently lead to making the wrong decision. If you check whether there was a transgression,....1/3

Facing North African teams always just ruins the game. You always play more than just the 11 players.

Mohamed Salah was right. Absolutely! He just shouldn't have said it out loud. That explosive interview will just martyr Arne Slot.

The officiating in this TS Galaxy/Chiefs match has been atrocious, actually. Where the hell is VAR?
