Was listening to @adamcarolla and @drdrew and Drew was talking about his shoulder problems He’s typical for guys with shoulder pain - has been lifting heavy weights for a long time - doesn’t want to stop - doesn’t have time to go to physical therapy - can’t make progress

Forearms get beat b/c of grip work. Here’s a self massage tech. Palm ⬆️ - forearm flexors Palm ⬇️ - extensors Get the bicep too Need more pressure, but the top knee on the bar. Sorry not sorry.
