CrossFit Krypton celebrated 10 years today since opening and bringing health, fitness, and community to our area. I thank God every day for the calling to start this “business”.
Consistency got me back here to a 350 C&J.
In attitude, effort, exercise, nutrition. The biggest factor in your success or failure is consistency. Start by just showing up… consistently.

Was year 12 for me at the games. Lots of times the years blend together, but this one will definitely stand out. This team was awesome, really proud of them. thankful they pushed me through 9 events on a partially town patellar tendon, and for lunging all those reps on one leg…
Thanks and glory to God for all of the opportunities to compete in this sport over the years, the gathering of this team, and all the incredible people I met this year. I don’t know what the future holds but I’m so grateful for the memories and friends. 🙏
Just felt the need to say something controversial… more people should exercise… in different ways, using free weights and/or body weight, in a manner that is short and intense. The world would be just a little bit better? I dunno? You try it and tell me! Happy Thanksgiving

qualifying event you should be trying to expose weaknesses of the best athletes while also putting on a “show” by letting athletes show off their abilities.
To all these “Sanctional” event coordinators that are qualifying athletes for the CF Games: This seems like common sense?... Don’t have people programming the events for the competition…
