I ❤️ that more web dev teams are getting onboard with increased testing. But let's not turn it into pointless work. It's not about hitting every line, sure do it if you can. But don't make it so you have to rewrite your test every time you change your code, that's not the point!

100% test coverage is all well and good but it's not the goal! Stable, robust, fast, repeatable tests that provide a high degree of confidence in the tested code AND allow for efficient refactoring and modification of the code under test with that same confidence is the goal.
