Today is my last day at @Cloud9. I made the tough decision to start the next chapter of my journey. So thankful C9 took a chance on me 3.5 years ago and for everyone I've met along the way. Now I'm LFW! Strengths are in docs & photo but open to other creative opportunities too!

As we walk away, I tell UmTi I’m .stunned at how he handled the jerk. He tells me that he learned when someone is angry like that, you treat them with kindness. That 9/10 times, they will take that anger back. He was right. Thank you General o7.

I was ready to yell back & probably make the situation worse. UmTi lets the guy finish, listens, and then gives him a genuine apology and promises to never let it happen again. The guy is so surprised by UmTis kindness, especially after how he just acted, that he apologies.
