It's all about vision and planning. That's why I believe his govt went all in for private and modular refineries. Eg Because DR is sufficient for Nigerian market, FX will not be required in the consumer market even if the govt decides to subsidize internal transportation.
The Late Buhari administration (2015-2023) spent approximately N11.7 trillion ($26 billion) on fuel subsidies, funded partly through borrowing. Tell me how Nigeria would survive this in the next 10 years if we keep on borrowing to pay subsidies.

Now I understand where the "security has improved" is coming from. Ive also understood how we are being led and the criteria of gaining access to corridors of power. Most importantly,Ive understood the character of people leading us. The noise was never about the masses all along.
