Where it all began in 1999 at the University of New England @unetweets ! A little trip down memory lane yesterday while in Armidale for a family wedding. I made lifelong friends and started a love affair with teaching in this very building 👩‍🎓

A visible shift in energy in the staffroom after @pruecar and @dizdarm 's livecross today. There was a real sense of hope and all the staff comments centered on being heard, valued and respected as a profession. Proof will be in the pudding, but a good start 👏

When my Grandad looked at this place nearly 50 years ago the agent brought him to what we now call Field 20. My Nan said to her daughters “Let’s have another look at that house, he’ll buy this dirt if he can”. We spread his ashes here. Today there were 4 generations in Field 20.
