Hi-Pointe Burger is closing 3 locations (Ballwin, O’Fallon and Edwardsville) I don’t think it’s settled in yet how many restaurants will close in Q1 of this year, the Trump economy has made it very hard to run a restaurant.

If Jubilee World has no plans for this building in 2026, it should be asked to put it on the market and if it doesn’t, City should use eminent domain to get it. It’s a year or 2 away from decay.

I was hopeful that by pointing out this before hand that it wouldn’t happen and of course it’s happened…..
3 months after this new pavement was finished…..now let’s see how well BPS oversees the permits it issued for this, you should expect the same pavement and the cross walk to be repainted

Total crime was down 9% from 2024 citywide. Society crimes category went up, these are victimless crimes usually dealing with illegal gun possession (that sub category makes up over half of the society crimes & its increase partly explains decline in violent crime & shootings)

It’s time to get rid of this on ramp, it’s in an awkward spot, it’s confusing to navigate from 14th, millions of people go in and out of Enterprise each year and this makes it unsafe. In short term it should be a blues fan fest plaza.
