Please explain how I can progress this @Eurostar . We have DMd and emailed. You haven't even yet refunded my daughter's taxi fares, let alone any compensation.

Very disappointed that @Eurostar are now refusing to pay any compensation. They offered up to 300 Euros for a hotel on the night. No hotels were available so my daughter slept in the Gare du Nord toilets. So they offer nothing. Also only 50% of the ticket, despite 24 hour delay.
Utterly appalling service from @Eurostar abandoning passengers at midnight in Paris with nowhere to stay. Shocking.

Hi @bookingcom . We booked a room for a friend. When she got there she was told it was full and the place had in fact been withdrawn from your site. You say you respond in 24 hours but we hear nothing after 4 days, despite chasing. What do we do? We need our money refunded ASAP.
