Three new studies link sleep deprivation with reductions in altruism at the individual, neuronal, and societal level, highlighting it as a 'factor dictating whether humans choose to help each other.'

Where you are in recovery is not who you are as a person. Awesome people have sh*t days in their recovery work. People who are really committed to recovery sometimes relapse. It happens. There's you, & there's where you are or what you're going through. Don't confuse them.
