@drkevinknopf @rgergelymd @UnitedHealth @Apple @lizzymitch2 Just my opinion here, no facts: to me, when patients are well, they don't have much in their med records, so interest is lost quickly. But when folks are really sick, they don't have the time to price compare and shop around. Except maybe for life-saving clinical trials.

For new researchers, the most important parts of the rhetoric of your scientific paper is the introduction and the abstract. After that are your beautiful tables and figures. After that it comes technical writing. You may need to spend a long time shaping the introduction fwiw.
