We partner with external entities, but commit the vast majority of resources. We were opened about it. And we delivered the CIP one year after we've started. IO fulfil its mission. The journey isn't over, but we have a clear path for some TPS headroom.

I wasn't aware of that, and I can't thanks Charles enough for the defense of the work we've done on that. We spent a year to transform the leios paper on something that is implementable without disrupting the entire ecosystem, and still secure. We started the work with IO funds…
