Useful thread setting the record straight for those Cllrs outside the city who use misinformation to justify them wanting to keep the status quo. We need to streamline the amount of councils & Nottingham as a core city needs to expand it boundaries to its natural urban area.
In the context of Local Government Reorganisation for Nottingham & Nottinghamshire, a lot is being bandied about about Nottingham City that is frankly untrue. Nottingham has been a very easy whipping boy in the county and I don’t think that’s fair or right. 🧵1/6.

I took Pete’s advice & saw this today @BroadwayCinema - best film I’ve seen this year by far.
Finally watched The Ballad of Wallis Island. So many laughs. So many tears. Absolute perfection. If @timkeyperson isn't a national treasure then there aren't any. Absolutely floored by the beauty of the setting, the story, and the performances.

This is playing havoc with both clubs. Must be effecting recruitment issues & shirt sponsorship. Obviously it’s a problem worth having but it’s a pain for all concerned. If Palace had read their emails they wouldn’t be in the mess they are. Or if Hendo had been sent off! #NFFC.
