The result of this investment in daily writing and language/grammar study: Strong student work! It’s everywhere we turn. Teachers told us that the knowledge-centered approach is also enabling, BC kids have something to write about, and can focus on the writing efforts!

Of course, teachers also build strong foundational skills for K-2 students with “sounds-first” instruction. #BothAnd We saw kindergarteners learning the sounds for three new letters, and targeted intervention for phonemic awareness, in @BattleAcademy1. Video to come later!
