You MUST be in peak physical condition to be Batman.
Bruce would follow a hybrid training programme with 3-4 days per week training his body, leaving some time for recovery.
Cardio in the morning, weights in the evening, maybe some gymnastics on a rest day.

'The World's Best Detective' has got to be a good detective.
I'd take a course (uni/college) or join the Police for a few years to learn the ways they go about analysing crime scenes.
You could also become REALLY good at science and analysing chemicals.

New 52 Batman by Scott Snyder
A bit of a cheat here as it's 10 in 1. You get some of the best Batman content with the Court of Owls. Zero Year gives a fresh take on an origin. Superheavy gives some fun. This run has everything, and is a great starting point.

Countless tech devices will be used as Batman, you're not only going to need to know how to USE them but also how to MAKE them.
Learn programming, how to build computers, and what each part does in most computers. Maybe have a CCTV network.
