June is #ScoliosisAwarenessMonth! . In the UK, scoliosis is usually treated with a full-time brace (20+ hrs/day). Other countries may often use braces only worn at night. The BASIS trial is studying if night-time bracing works just as well as full time braces. #BASISstudy

355 participants recruited so far! Almost half way to our 780 target. Particular thanks go to @SheffChildrens @AlderHeyRes and @ROHresearch for recruiting over 40 patients each ⭐️. Also thanks to @CV_UHB @EvelinaLondon @uhbwNHS and @BelfastTrust for recruiting over 20 each.
