31th of october Donald Trump gave permission to deliver Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine. The Kremlin blabla and red lines don't impress the US, so they sell their arms to Ukraine. Russia will pay for these missiles, with frozen Russian assets. And: no meeting with Putin in Budapest.
