Now I’ve reached the age of 70 I’ve decided to cut back my work level. So from next Monday I will only work 12 hours a day 5 days a week instead of 16 hours 7 days a week. I will however still focus on the relentless pursuit of global domination in all our chosen Sports.

We need the government to review NHS salaries across the board but how do we all show our appreciation ? Why not for the next tax year increase personal tax rates from 1-5 % and company tax rates by 2% and then distribute the amount raised to NHS staff in a tax free lump sum ?
