Had one trainee with me today, a FY2.
After watching me do & us discussing how to do safely & well, my trainee did, under supervision (and excellently!) her first:
-WHO checklist
-op note
-use of pencil diathermy
-part excision of large lipoma
-skin graft

And if that trainee were with you for longer than 4 months - just imagine what you could teach them and the joy youâd get at seeing them progress. Time to end rotational training đ
