I remember being 15 and visiting @barbariancomics in Wheaton Maryland. First comic books I used to buy were Heavy Metal magazine. Never did dream I’d have the chance to do a cover! Talk about dreams coming true!!! Yes I know I shouldn’t have been reading @Heavymetal at 15 😅

We are now offering curbside pickup at the following times: Wed- 11AM - 6PM Sat- 12PM - 6PM Sun-1PM - 5PM Call us @ 301-946-4184 We will pull your comics and any merchandise. We will charge your cc over the phone and have your order ready to pick-up outside when you arrive.

We will be doing curbside pick up for your comics only on Wednesday and Saturday and taking payments by phone. No customers will be allowed in the store to comply with Gov. Hogan's order. Saturday will be the last day we will be open for business until further notice.

The good news is that our horrible parking situation has gotten significantly better. The bad news is there is a global pandemic going on. We are still open for now and offering curbside pickup for those wishing to maintain their distance as per CDC guidelines.

Relaxing on a Sunday morning working through a stack of comics with a large cup of coffee is the best way to deal with a time change. Something is Killing the Children from Boom and Money Shot from Vault are both really great series. About to dive into Red Mother next.
