Has anyone had a bus gate fine on Vicar Lane by the market( no entry before 10am) and you think the time was wrong? We had 11 fines in May alone. Collecting evidence for an appeal. Scandalous! We have CCTV and receipts to prove and they say the time cannot be wrong!
