@sos_bangor_uni 2020-21 dissertation student Bella Ormerod has won the 2021 @BSRG Undergraduate Award in Sedimentology. This prize is awarded annually to the best final-year undergraduate sedimentological project in the UK and Ireland. Many congratulations to Bella. 👏

We have some funding to study tidal rocks, aiming to relate sedimentary structures to tidal range, and wondering where the best rocks are in the UK. Pembrokeshire might be an option, but not sure exactly where. Other places would be most welcome as well. @brit_seds @sedimentology
