Two years ago our Monday @froglifers Wild Time group made boxes for #NationalNestboxWeek. Six boxes were placed around our garden and this year two are being used by great tits 🥰 #nature #wildlife #ClaphamCommon

A great morning at the garden yesterday - particularly sprucing up our beds by the Bandstand! We planted lots of flowers perfect for pollinators, including a host of sunflowers! 🌻

The #dementia friendly #Wildtimes group have been exploring the small pond at @bandstandbeds & surveying what they have found. Small urban ponds such as this one can be full of life, & a great haven for breeding amphibians.

A wonderful session this morning as we celebrated @Capital_Growth‘s #GoodtoGrow2024 with seed sharing and sowing. 💚 The overcast weather didn’t stop the garden from being busy and full of life, as new and old faces bonded over a love for food growing and homemade cake!

A busy morning in the garden yesterday! 🪴 We planted onions, potatoes and sowed lots of seeds, as well as making a strawberry planter, setting up more mushroom tubs and riddling lots of compost for us to use.

Clearing up at the end of yesterday's great collaboration between @weareaceofclubs & @BandstandBeds A large team cleared and pruned before planting fruit trees in Ace's green haven. Great to see everyone smiling in the morning's sunshine!

A fantastic morning with a big group of volunteers at @weareaceofclubs, planting fruit trees, pruning existing plants and clearing weeds ready for the new growing season. 🌲 It was brilliant to be back and work more on this great green space for an incredibly important charity.
