I have still not seen any video of an agent trying to push a vehicle out of snow they were stuck in only to be attacked by a female.

This happens more than you think. Officers yelling different instructions & it make the situation even more chaotic.
According to another eyewitness, ICE gave the woman they killed contradictory instructions, then aggressively surrounded her vehicle. One told her to leave, then as she complied, another tried to open her car door & told her to get out of it, while the killer got in front of her.

Noem on Minnesota: It was an act of domestic terrorism. I.C.E. Officers got stuck in the snow. They were attempting to push out their vehicle, and a woman attacked them, and those surrounding them, and attempted to run them over.

I suspect, if the facts coming out hold up, there will be pressure for state indictments in Minnesota against ICE agents related to the shooting this morning. Fed agents are not wholesale immune from state criminal prosecutions related to their duties, but it’ll be a big fight.
