@Daractenus @campbellclaret I am proud of our PM. He may seem a bit bloodless but I was tired of the circus & he has some very handy personality traits for this moment. Plus despite some cock-ups this government is quietly working to rebuild the country & leave it in a better place than they found it.

@DevanSinha @bswud @DHSCgovuk @wesstreeting I was taught when I did Paeds SHO job covering Paeds A&E is never discharge a GP admission without a Paeds Senior Reg or Consultant review, GPs often have years of experience seeing children in community & picking up ones needing Paeds input. (Those days GP was an actual GP too)
