The fog is back, but it does make the place look atmospheric. These three oak trees have been guarding the entrance into the woods from the Tower field for over 150 years, so they've seen a few foggy mornings in their time. #Ballykilcavan #Laois #IrelandsAncientEast #Trees

Our saison barrel aging project is underway! We've brewed a second batch of our lemondrop saison and it's now in three ex Chardonnay barrels in the old dairy. The plan is to release one each in 2025, 2026 and 2027. Can't wait to taste them! #Ballykilcavan #Laois #IndependentBeer
