Congratulations to Casey from S5 who has won the @mcrpathways east of Scotland postcard design competition. The brief was to design a postcard to say thankyou to all the amazing volunteer mentors. Her design is fab!

An Open Day for Dundee & Angus College will be held on Saturday 17th January at the Gardyne Campus. A chance for students to explore options and speak with staff. Applications for the Aug 2026 intake will open in January. Course details can be viewed on the website from 1st Dec.

Don’t forget football sessions every Tuesday evening.
There’s a drop in football session starting next Tuesday, 4th November, for young people aged 10 years and over. Starts at 7pm at Downfield Juniors Football ground. The activity is free.

Our school captains and Mr McAninch had the honour of representing @BaldragonAcad at the Dundee Remembrance service on Sunday. We will also be observing Remembrance Day today, 11th November, as a school community. #wewillrememberthem

A big thankyou to everyone involved in making it such a great event.
Last Wednesday, we had a fantastic Technical Day at Baldragon with WMDONALDLTD, GAP & Rizon! Our pupils took on bridge building, site setup, monoblocking & even digger driving — learning about the world of construction and all that goes into it!

Our Tea club, which runs every Thursday 2.50 - 3.50 has started up again this week with food kindly supplied by Dundee Bairns. If anyone would like to come along speak to either Caroline or Nicky. Spaces are limited to 15.
