This many components? No. I’ve been seeing 20-25% first year salary non exec roles, 30-40% exec roles. And trying to help @IndicatorVC portcos by making a deal with recruiters for lower %age to access our companies.

Couldn’t agree with this more. And I’ve seen some CEOs be incredibly gifted at getting the best out of each of their investors and chat with me almost weekly without feeling like anyone is “in their shorts”.
If you have board meetings every 60 days, your investors will be actively involved Every 3 months, they'll be up to speed, but you won't always be top of mind Never, and your investors will focus on other things Up to you which path is best, really
