S15 Jungle Meta = Full Clear on repeat or starve. It's not just Tops/Mids, somehow champions from every other role can clear faster than the existing "meta" junglers. It's somehow possible for Morgana/Mundo/Mordekaiser/Nilah to be clearing faster than 80% of the ACTUAL junglers
The jungle meta is so miserable that most of the current champs are toplaners or mid-lane assassins who clear faster than real junglers.
