Id say Korea is better in High GM/Chall+ but EUW High GM/Chall+ is pretty good too might be like a 5% difference. For me Korea is better just because the queues are shorter less likely to be targetted as Ornn player and I play from Albania with 28-40 Ping and KR has 1 Ping🥸🐏
