A 77% increase in Toronto's unhoused population over the last 3 years is a direct result of a lack of affordable #housing and #evictions. This isn't a symptom of a struggling economy. It is the result putting profit before people. And it needs to stop.

Disappointing to see exceptions made to below-market-rate housing mandates—especially with affordable #housing need at an all-time high in Vancouver. With the highest rents in Canada, concessions like this keep pressure on low-income #renters.
