Invest in women-centered housing. Violence is the leading cause of women's homelessness but too many women are forced to choose between safety & shelter due to a lack of affordable, appropriate, long-term housing. #16DaysofActivism #NoExcuse #InternationalHumanRightsDay #BCSTH

GBV must end. Canada even released a National Action Plan (NAP) to end it. But the NAP has a few problems- it's a plan w/out Action Steps, Timelines, Assigned Roles. For the plan to work we need to follow the Roadmap. #16DaysofActivism #NoExcuse

Canada's National Action Plan to End Gender-Based Violence (NAP) doesn't say Femicide! If the NAP doesn't say Femicide then Canada isn't acknowledging that 150 murders of women in 2022 were related to their gender. #CallitFemicide #16DaysofActivism #NoExcuse #BCSTH
