Read about the work of BRCCH PEP Researcher Nicole Zoratto and the rest of the team at @ETH in creating a cost-effective device that allows for easy diagnostic blood sampling as inspired by leeches.
Researchers at ETH created a cost-effective device for accurate blood measurements using a suction cup. It can also diagnose malaria, usable by non-medical individuals. 🩸 #MalariaDiagnose #BloodMeasurements #Microneedle @ETH_DCHAB @FondationBotnar @BRC_CH.

On World Neglected Tropical Disease Day (#WorldNTDDay), we're proud to support this research project @SwissTPH, which is improving the treatment of Buruli Ulcer.
On #WorldNTDDay, we are highlighting innovative approaches to fighting #NTDs. A recent paper from Swiss TPH shows the potential repurposing of #Tuberculosis drug candidates to fight #BuruliUlcer, a chronic skin disease caused by M. ulcerans. 👉Read more:
