The #Flames have slowly been rebuilding but it sounds like they have accepted their reality that it's time to sell and not compete for the playoffs. Time to lean into this rebuild. The next 5-6 weeks may shape the future of this team. Buckle up!

I don't want to hear from anyone that the Flames are not rebuilding. It is clear they are in a full rebuild. Andersson, Weegar, Kadri all traded in 1 season. Conroy has accumulated TEN first round picks from 2024 to 2028.

There's a weird perspective from reporters out east that Conroy needs ownership's approval to make deals. I understand the Flames may have operated like that in the past, but it's well known that ownership has trust in Conroy. I mean, Murray's best bud Weegar just got traded
@RealKyper suggesting Kadri was nearly Avs property, but Flames ownership wasn't on side.
