States like Florida, Texas, South Carolina, Oklahoma, Kansas and others have been fighting DEI initiatives at public universities and colleges. California is still continuing to support and fund DEI initiatives.

Diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts at universities and corporations across America have increased in recent years. However, some states are resisting these efforts.
